In order to have the best care for your swimsuit:

1. Skip washing machines, only hand wash. Do not bleach, we recommend a mild, gentle soap. 
2. Rinse your swim with cold water after each use.
3. Do not soak, wring or iron.
4. To dry, hang or lay flat; avoid the dryer. 

All our shipments leave from Santa Marta and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. PRE – ORDER orders will have a special delivery time, which will be indicated on each product page.

We work with allied carriers and are subject to their delivery times and possible delays in deliveries. The customer must assume shipping costs, and all packages must be paid in full before proceeding with shipment. In no case will shipments be made on delivery.

You will be notified by email once the order is shipped, with the corresponding tracking number. In the event that no one receives the order at the address provided, a second attempt will be made within the next three (3) business days. In case of non-reception, the carrier proceeds to return the package to the initial point, and Mar de Cumbia must be contacted to reschedule delivery. Any person who is in the place indicated by the client is understood to be authorized to receive the order, therefore, Mar de Cumbia is exonerated from any claim arising from the delivery. Mar de Cumbia is not responsible for packages lost due to wrong addresses provided by the customer.

Pickup can be made at a physical point in Santa Marta only by scheduling, by contacting the email mardecumbiasm@gmail.com. They have no additional cost.
